Mauricio is a psychologist, graduate from the Universidad de Tarapaca, Arica Chile. Before moving to Tasmania in 2015, he studied a Master in Social Psychology at Universidad de Tarapaca, and a Master in Prevention Risk at Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña, Barcelona Spain.
In Chile, Mauricio developed his professional career in a private company and teaching Organisational Psychology at Universidad de Tarapaca. Furthermore, he worked in research projects related to mental health in the workplace, job satisfaction and organisational climate. During his doctoral research at the University of Tasmania, he has worked in understanding the relationship between psychological capital and positive mental health, and the moderating effect of the work-family interface, and union and organisational commitment in this central relationship. Mauricio collaborates in our conference in the coordination of Communication Committee.
